Use case: Company does a round of layoffs & as part of the severance package offers to accelerate vesting by 1 year. 

• I know we can accelerate vesting for an individual option holder manually but you have to manually calculate the # of options to accelerate.
• Ideally, you could accelerate by a time period (ie 1 year acceleration) without having to calculate the number as an input.
• Also - would be helpful when you want to bulk update multiple people for the layoff & each person has a different amount of shares.
• In a layoff scenario, you may have 100s of people to accelerate
• This is a common scenario in downsizing (aka RIFs)
