Michelle is the CEO of HigherRing, a women-owned B Corp specializing in outsourced fractional and full-time operations support, including expert customer support, tech support, supply chain operations, sales support, social media operations, executive assistance, and bookkeeping & financial operations support.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience in big retail and start-ups and is closely involved with all of HigherRing's client engagements to collaborate with each on best practices for processes and systems. She is passionate about using business as a force for good and advocates for sustainable labor and climate solutions with the elected officials in the 31 states where they hire people. She also is the membership chair of the nonprofit, WeTheChange, a coalition of B Corp women CEOs and a supplier participant in multiple accelerator programs in the impact space.
HigherRing's mission is to create living wage, managed and coached jobs in places where it can be harder to find sustainable jobs. The management team works with their employees to train and coach their work with clients so that each engagement is successful.
