I am the Founder/CEO of HealthyID. We are a digital healthcare solutions company that provides tools to enable people to manage their health from home. We have a clinical weight loss program, 22 lab panels, virtual health and medication delivery for several health and wellness needs - in all 50 states. We are scheduled to launch in Jan 2024.
We plan to use Carta for managing our SAFE (Jan), and stock options (Feb). In about 18 months, we plan to raise a Series A for expanding our sales in addition to completing M&A.
