Phillip has always had a passion for helping others realize their goals and vision, while helping offer creative solutions to help maximize value and upside; always going the “extra mile” in service. Phil began working in his teens at a Law Firm and started his first few businesses in his spare time. Beginning in 2005, Phil worked in mortgage originations and in 2010, he transitioned to consulting work in Private Equity where he has made valuable contributions in Due Diligence, Competitive Analysis, Organic Research/Comps, Prepared Financing, Leases and Purchase Bids on assets in Commercial Real Estate, Technology / I.P. assets, and Aviation.
