I like Reg D offerings. Is there some reason why you can't put up simple Reg D documents such as Accredited Investor Questionnaires, Subscription Agreements, and Offering Circulars? I think it is so much easier to control % distribution of equity using Reg D instead of SAFEs. JMHO
