Are you interested in the problem or the solution? Startups rarely get the solution right on the first try. If the investors are interested mostly in the first proposed solution, rather than solving the problem, then they may not be supportive of pivoting if the first plan does not work out. ...

It would be great if shareholder voting were built into the system. Having to use a different more awkward system outside Carta to manage voting seems rather silly.
