Hey all! I have heard something about Carta's Form 3921 tool not being 100% compliant (potentially) due to employees needing to 'opt-in' to receiving the form electronically. Is this true, or do you have some insights on how to make sure we're being compliant with Form 3921?
Personally I feel like it's WAY easier and simpler to do this process electronically, and therefore Carta is very helpful in this process, but I also want to make sure we're doing everything compliantly.
