I'm using the SPA upload tool now and see a few nits. Platform identifies entities as "individuals." Doesn't quite recognize convertible conversions by skipping price per share entry and putting total purchase price as "Cash Paid" rather than "Debt canceled." Relationship is left blank, maybe should default to "investor" when it's a preferred financing. Overall, the tool does help with efficiency and pretty accurate. Thanks!

SPA extraction is now live for all companies issuing preferred certificates for the first time!
When creating a preferred share class for the first time, you can now upload the respective stock Purchase Agreement and Carta will create the certificate drafts automatically.
