When trying to exercise, I get a message that exercising on Carta is not available for my company. Yet, according to the CEO, it should be and has been used by other employees. What can I do?

Your exercise will cost the exercise price x quantity of options if the option type is an ISO. If the option is an NSO exercise, you might have taxes withheld during the process.
