    I just exercised 700 of my 851 share options. I intend to exercise the other 151 before they expire on Friday if possible.

    Carta is currently showing "Exercising is temporarily not available". I suspect that is because the 700 in progress.

    Please let me know if it should be possible to exercise the other 151 before Friday.

    As stated by the employee, he has a current exercise in progress for that grant. He will be able to initiate a second exercise on the remaining options once the first exercise completes. We have one of two options here to help him meet his Friday deadline to exercise - since the exercise he submitted has not yet been approved by the company we can cancel the current one and he can submit a single exercise for all options he wants to exercise from the grant. The second option is he can do a manual exercise sending funds directly to VO holdings along with his exercise agreement. Once you receive funds I can walk you through recording a manual exercise on the platform and you can honor the exercise date on his form.
