    Hello - I am attempting to terminate a stakeholder from our company account. His last day was July 29th. My understanding is that the ISO Disqualification Date would be three months post-termination date. However, the pre-populated value shows as 07/23/2022. Is this a bug or is there something else related to the grant that is setting the date as 07/23/2022 (ie. six days before his end date) instead of 07/29/2022 + 3 months.

    Upon reviewing the audit history of the holder's grant, I could see that the ISO disqualification date was manually input by a company's Legal administrator. Carta automatically disqualifies a grant after 3 months of the termination date but it is also possible to disqualify an ISO manually by following the steps outlined here. If you'd like to remove the disqualification date, follow steps 1 to 4 outlined in this support article. Checkmark the box to the left of the ISO disqualification date field and leave the updated field in blank > Click on the Next button to review the modifications and if everything looks good click on the Apply modifications button.
