More investment into Board Consents feature

We use the Board Consents feature, but it is fairly half baked with a lot of limitations.
- No ability to upload a word doc (if prepared by Legal Counsel) or export (for review by Legal Counsel)
- Limitations on text/doc formatting (Google Docs & Word are much better)
- Board is always confused why they have to log into Carta & it is not a Docusign (board members are used to Docusign from all of their other boards)

Honestly - not sure why we use the Board Consents feature at all - I don't think we get any positive benefit from it at all. Would love for someone at Carta to make the case as to why we should use this feature.

Would like the ability to customize the grant exhibit such as adding Title, Grant Reason to exhibit. Currently we need to add second exhibit for our comp. committee to review with titles and grant reason to help explain the number of shares issued.
