I absolutely love that the ability to generate an equity plan exists for companies that haven't created one yet! I would love to see some more customization options for the generation part though.

For example, the PTEPs are un-editable when generating an equity plan. The voluntary and involuntary PTEPs are set at 3 months each, when I know that Carta and other companies have been working hard to normalize much longer PTEPs (like Pinterest with their 7 year PTEP). I completely understand that 3 months is still very much the norm, but it would be awesome to be able to modify this in the workflow - along with other modifications to the plan or plan docs.
