Make the Grant reasons customizable

We use grant reasons to help with data analytics and the limited number of grant reasons makes it hard.  We have grant reason internally and they do not map to limited grant reason available.  If you use your own grant reasons, it creates errors that need to be resolved.  Would be great if the company has more control of this feature.

Thanks so much for your feedback Christie —it’s really helpful. We understand the current set of grant reasons can feel limiting, especially when trying to align with your internal categories.

We’re currently reviewing customer suggestions to identify which new grant reasons could work well at scale. While fully custom fields aren’t an option at this time, your input is important in helping us prioritize what to add.

If you're open to it, we’d love to hear which grant reasons you use most that aren’t currently supported—this would help us better understand your needs and guide future improvements.
