I've been reading a lot that we may begin seeing a lot of M&A activity in the next year or two, because companies aren't looking to IPO due to the market. It would be awesome to have some type of full cap table export so that a company on Carta can easily send over their entire cap table and all necessary documents to the acquiring company's legal counsel for due diligence. It would be helpful to have multiple attorneys' input to see what the best format for this would be, but I think it would really help companies in a transaction!
