Adding option for spouse signature in a community property state

This is a suggestion but also a question - in 'community-property' states (Texas, Arizona, etc.) I believe a spouse is required to sign an option agreement that is received by their spouse. Are there plans to include this functionality into Carta's acceptance/signature process?

If not, are there any good workarounds that exist for this?

Great idea Chris!

Workarounds are lame - they are just perfect opportunities for Carta to build better product.

Thanks for sending this over, Chris! I confirmed with the team that this isn't currently available in product, so I'll definitely pass this along to the team.

A potential workaround would be have the spouse sign their own PDF and add it as an additional document.
