As an option in the share class manager under dividend accrual should add non-accruing as an option. Many of our clients have a non-cumulative non-accruing dividends.

Hi @Carley Peterson, my name is Priscilla and I am one of our business partners here at Carta. I wanted to touch base with you on this one, as it looks like we need to understand a few things. When you say that the dividends are non-accruing, how do you opt for paying these dividends?
In Carta, when a dividend is non-accruing there is nothing that we should show in either certificate modal or reporting (no dividends accruing), so in Share Class Manager the option is to make them "Cash" dividends. Selecting cash will allow you to not have to enter the rest of the information (as @David Wieseneck put, leave the rest blank).
Hoping to get some for thoughts from you on this so that we can clarify this in the product as well.
