So I've noticed there are a number of companies that offer extended PTEPs as long as the employee has met a certain number of years of service (oftentimes it's two years of employment), so it would be great if we could add a conditional PTEP that allows the system to automatically extend the period if the person is terminated after that amount of time. It might be best to push hire date entires though so this could be automated, since some companies do vesting start dates that differ from hire dates for the employees' new grants.
