Problem:
Currently when using the 701 Disclosures tool all awards are included in the spreadsheet you download from Carta, even awards that do not have Rule 701 as their compliance regulation. Often times larger companies have stakeholders abroad and a different compliance regulation is applied, so admins must go through the spreadsheet and exclude those holders.

Solution:
Add a check box upon download to determine whether you'd like the spreadsheet to filter only awards that have Rule 701 as the compliance regulation. 
Or add an extra column to the spreadsheet with each award's compliance. Then, manually filtering the awards would be less of a hassle.
