It would be helpful to have the ability to send 228(e) notices to stockholders within Carta since all the investor information is in the system already.
Hey everyone! I'm a PM here at Carta and wanted to share a recent tool we just released: the Communications Center. From it you can send all sort of communications to stakeholders, and even add people that aren't on your cap table yet. You can filter your recipient list to find the right people, and they will all receive docs safely.
