Hello Carta Community, 

I returned back to work this week after a great few months of paternity leave and wanted to drop a quick note asking for your feedback and I dive back into Carta's community plans for the next several months. 

I'm working to start back up our Ask an Expert event series and wanted to hear from you all. Is there a certain profession or industry that you'd like to hear from? I'd love to incorporate your feedback into our planning.

Given that my communities query didn't go very far a while ago I would LOVE to talk to (communicate with) someone who can answer my question definitively...

I'm looking for more information on purchasing employee "options" with my Roth IRA account.... and what sort of rules apply... there are lots of

different comments out on the internet pro and Con....  If we could find someone who knows how to do this that would be great.

Welcome back, Brent! Hope your family is doing wonderful.

I always love hearing from legal experts, and I think it would be great to hear from compliance experts who understand compliance on more of a global scale (what to look out for, what to keep in mind, etc.).

I think it's also important for founders and equity admins to understand more of the employee experience and the challenges they face when it comes to equity.I'm not sure the best person to answer these questions, but maybe someone who provides education for employees when it comes to their equity?
