    Hey @Brent Devey and everyone else!

    I previously worked at Carta, back before Total Comp was a thing. I now own a firm that helps private companies manage their cap tables using Carta and I love it. Total Comp is something I've been so excited about, since the moment Carta announced it was coming out. I'm still learning how to use it to plan compensation for clients, but just having the data there helps so much to make decisions and teach my clients what other companies are doing.

    I'm grateful to be here and look forward to connecting with everyone here!
