In this case, you can go to Capitalization > Equity Plans > Find the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan listed on this page > Click on the three vertical dots located on the far right side > Amend plan size. A pop-up will open with the amendments executed by the company. If you click on Edit, you will be able to adjust the date accordingly.
