    Our auditors tell me that we did not turn on the function to stop the "mark to market" valuation for options related to non-employees.

    Under U.S GAAP, there is a new standard, where the Company is not required to do this anymore. Can you help us update this issue, as Non-Employee Grant should now all be valued as of Grant Date similar to Employee Grants?

    I can certainly help with this.  What date would you want to use for adoption of the reward to begin treating the mark to market awards similar to grant date awards?  The required adoption date for private companies is the fiscal year after December 2019.

    Thank you! Let's do 1/1/2021. We discussed with auditors for 2020 and determined it wasn't' material.

    I've entered an adoption date of 1/1/2021.  Generating a new 2021 report will capture the change.
