  • 1.  Error trying to delete user

    I need to delete a Company User from our account but I am getting an error that says " holds responsibility ( role). This user cannot be removed without reassigning this responsibility to someone else." Is there a way to tell what responsibility he has that I need to reassign?
    Thanks in advance for any insight that you  can share.

    Hey @Shari Reinard! You may have figured this out by now, but if not, here are some places you can look to see what responsibilities the person holds:

    Take a look at the 'Signatories' and the 'Company contacts' tabs under Company Settings (settings are found at the far bottom left of the screen on Carta). You will find both these mentioned tabs by clicking 'Users and permissions' under the Company Settings:
