The letter should be in the Communications Center. After logging into the Carta platform, you can you can get there with the following navigation:
- Go to the company page by clicking on the company name in your Portfolio Overview
- Click on the 'Company Updates' tab and this pop up should open
- Click 'Go to Inbox'
- All messages and reports should be available to you in your Communications Center inbox
If that doesn't work, please let me know and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

I received notification of a new quarterly shareholders letter but when I visit the Carta site there are no messages/ reports to be found. I was told by someone within the company that Carta has made some changes to the system and there are specific steps required to find these messages/ reports.. Can you help me to navigate this site?
