If the deceased has shares, our Support team will guide you so you can perform the transfer to the beneficiary. While performing the transfer, you will need to attach the death certificate on the transfer agreement field.
If the deceased has option grants, the company must cancel the option grant of the deceased and reissue it under the beneficiary's name.
