Carta Collective

I recently discovered that Carta does not manage shareholder voting. I thought that would be a pretty basic function, but I guess I am wrong. 

What do other people use to manage shareholder voting at your company? i.e. if you need to get all of the shareholders (or perhaps some subset) to vote on something, how do you execute that?

I use email and Carta's "Stakeholder Ownership Details" report and fill in the votes as they come in manually.
