Once your account is live, stakeholders will be prompted via email to accept their electronic securities in Carta. They will create a login and be able to view their shares and your equity plan information. You'll also be able to choose what communications are sent to stakeholders via Carta in our Communication Center. You can see example communications for the different types of securities here.
