1. Do I have to run a stock compensation expense report each time in order to get the disclosure report? I will need the information on a quarterly/half year basis and so may have to run for each quarter/period I need.
2. Just to confirm - how is the granularity of the weighted average calculated? Is it done in days or weeks, or months?

On the disclosures report, which you can run for certain periods you wish to see the number. We list the WA exercise price and WA remaining term for the outstanding shares. To get to this report you would go to compliance > financial reporting download the disclosure report from the 3 dots next to the report period you wish to view.

I understand the EPS calculation is only available to public clients. Looking for a report to export from Carta that will give us the "Weighted Average Shares Outstanding" over certain periods.
I do NOT need it to be a dilutive # of shares but just the standard WASO. Please let me know where to find it in Carta. Thanks!
