Can you please assist with terminating the 2017 Equity Incentive Plan our company as of 9/30/2022? Please note, we want to leave the existing/outstanding options as outstanding under this plan. Attached is the consent for reference, please let me know if any additional information is needed.

This is now something that can be reflected on the company end by going through Capitalization > Equity plans > Click on the three dots icon on the right side of the plan row > Terminate plan.
