The process will go as follows: Carta Support contacts the company on your behalf. If company agrees to the reversal, Carta will assist with the deletion of the certificate and the company will be responsible for remitting the funds back to you from the exercise. If you would like to proceed, please answer the following: Option grant # related to the exercise and the reason for reversal request.
