Hey Carta Compensation Community! We've just launched our Q1 2024 update, refreshing salary, total cash compensation, and equity benchmarks across all job areas and specializations.
With a growing dataset, especially among higher valuation companies, salary and total cash compensation benchmarks remain flat to slightly higher, showing more significant increases for higher valuation companies. Equity benchmarks exhibit a slight overall downward trend, particularly for companies with valuations over $1 billion.
