    One of our participants states that she is currently unable to trade. Could you please let me know why this restriction is on her account?

    It looks like they're unable to trade because their portfolio is considered 'not compliant' since we are missing some required information. The mobile app provides a condensed view of what they can see on the web browser: Please let us know once they complete these, and we can notify our Compliance Team to review their items so they can then place their order.
