I have a team member who is not able to exercise her recently vested share grants. When she tries to exercise, it asks her to update information. Does she really need to provide all of this in order to exercise?

That is correct, all information in the Personal Information section as well as the Employer Information section will need to be filled out for her to be able to exercise. She does not need to fill in the information for the Accredited Investor section.
