I accelerated the vesting of an RSU grant for a resigned board member. I need to get those shares to his broker. What is the process I can take?

Have the RSU shares been settled? Here is a support article that will walk you through how to settle the RSU. Then, we'll just need a Transfer of Assets form completed and signed by the board member. The form is attached, please send it back to me once you are ready for the transfer.
