I see that our employee had two exercises and hold transactions in 2021, but he wasn't issued a 3921 for the two transactions. Can you please look into this and get back to me? It will be much appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out, you are correct that he had two exercises in 2021 one for a grant on 4/8/2021 and another for a grant on 4/14/2021 a form 3921 was not generated for either of these exercises because neither one was an ISO exercise. According to IRS guidelines, only ISO exercises require a Form 3921 to be filed.
