    I have to process a settlement for an employee's grant, which has company goals and conditions. The goals were hit. How can I process the settlement?

    I found the issue, it looks like the performance condition was not marked as met. Please refer to these steps: Equity Awards >> Templets >> Performance Conditions >> click the three dots to the right of "Company Goals" >> Recognize.

    Once you record the performance condition you can go back to the RSU settlement tab to settle the RSU. Here is a support article that will walk you through how to settle the RSU. Happy to get on a call with you if you run into any issues.
