I have the following report request that I need assistance with selecting the correct report to capture the following detail:

Employee Stock grants, per employee, date of grant(s), amount of shares, for the time period 5/1/2021 to 5/1/2022.

The 'Ledgers' report should provide everything you are looking for, and you can access it from the Reporting tab. The date ranges are a bit limited side since it will only allow for an 'as of' date, however you can manipulate this in Excel (column H: Grant Date) to what you are looking for.
