You can designate who is subject to Section 16 in Carta by going to Compliance >> Section 16 and designate anyone who needs a Form 4. We will provide you with the information needed to complete the form however we can not file it for you. If you would also like to place a pre-clearance restriction you can do so in Carta.

Reports for Form 4: You can find reports for Section 16 filers by going to Repots >> select Compliance from the left side of the screen >> Section 16 Stakeholder Trades
