I want to share some insight into how to use the
Performance Conditions tool.
It is used to add an extra layer of vesting where vesting schedules/tranches that are subject to certain performance conditions would only vest when the company achieves such conditions - even if the time based conditions have been hit at the individual level.
And yes, the performance conditions are associated with company achievements rather than individual achievements.
