This is most likely because the employee is either only on the company's Cap Table in Carta with issued equity (thus equity data only), or the employee is only on the HRIS system, which pulls the salary data. Another reason may be because they have a relationship that is not pulled by default to Total Comp. Please bear in mind that only Employee, Founder, Executive, and Officer are relationships that are pulled by default into the tool. So you may want to double-check the relationship from the employee plus if they are in the HRIS with salary data as well. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
