Hi, we had an employee point out to us today that the Notice of Stock Options Grant report they are able to access from their Carta account is not printing with any information, instead, it is printing with variable placeholders. I have attached a screenshot as an example.

Carta does not fill in the template of the form of the option agreement. Fields can refer to "See Carta" but we do not automatically populate.

The company will need to complete these templated documents with the correct information.
