    Hi,

    Is there any way to speed up the processing of payments during an option exercise? I have an approaching option expiration deadline on July 14, but expect some delays on an address update/company approval. My company claimed that funds had to be received before the deadline and wanted to take any action to speed up payment processing on my side if possible.

    Although Carta cannot expedite ACH and Wire processing, if you are exercising via ACH the exercise date will be the date you submitted the exercise. For wire transfers, it will be the date the funds have been received. The holder and company can work together on this process.
