    Survey says! Of the thousands of pre-seed notes we've seen on Carta this year, SAFEs are becoming the default. In fact, about 85% of unpriced notes were issued as SAFEs with just 15% as convertible notes. And by the way, 71% of those SAFEs were post-money, and the rest were pre-money.
