I am trying to upload a new Equity Plan but Carta is saying I do not have permission. I am the CEO and owner of the company. How can I get this fixed? Thanks!

If you have an existing Legal Administrator assigned on your account, they can update your role by navigating to Company > Permissions and Roles.

If there are no other users with Legal Administrator permissions that can add you, please reach out to Carta Support and we can update the position.
