  • 1.  How to modify signatories

    Hello, We've had a change in CEO. The exec who is our CFO will now step up as CEO. We need to update his permissions in Carta to be the first certificate signatory, options signatory, warrants signatory, and convertibles signatory. We will also need to remove the exiting CEO's access. How can we go about that?

    You can manage your company's signatories in the Carta platform. Navigate to Company > Permissions and Roles page. From there, navigate to the Signatories tab. You can see all of the step-by-step instructions in this support article: https://support.carta.com/s/article/corporate-permissions#signatories
