  • 1.  How to approve exercises, can multiple people approve it?

    Hello, I'd like to be able to add multiple reviewers for approving stock option exercises online. As I'm an authorized signee of the bank coupled to our account, I've been able to accept terms of service recently. I'd like exercises to show up and to be approved by at least two other admins: How do I do this/add them?

    The company users with the "Exercise Approver" role will be able to review exercise requests. Only one admin can have this permission. To check, navigate to Company > Permissions and Roles > Roles. You can learn more about the process in this support article: https://support.carta.com/s/article/corporate-permissions#roles
