All of our shares should be uncertificated on Carta but for some reason, some of the shares are showing up as certificated right now. Would you be able to correct this on the backend since I am not able to make the change on my end?

The Certificated information is defined within the share class. For your company, only the common shares are set as Uncertificated and all of the preferred shares are Certificated. You can update that directly on the share class manager page, which will cascade to all shares.
