Does anyone use the Data Rooms feature 

We recently used the Data Rooms feature for a round of investment, but it is full of bugs, limitations, & fairly Half-baked.

It seems that Carta has stopped investing into this product feature.

Would love for someone at Carta to make the case as to why anyone should use this feature vs using a Dropbox folder

Hey David, this is another feature (like the Board Consents) that I've really only used for a handful of things, but it's always worked well for my needs. (I also use dropbox for another business of mine.) What are some things that would make the Data Room useful for you and Demostack?

It's super buggy & not difficult to use if you have more than a handful of potential investors.

Would you mind expanding on the specific bugs that you are experiencing while using the Data Room tool in Carta? Also, I would love to hear what specific features you would like to see added or changed, so that I can bring that feedback to our product team.
